Price list for Santa Willie's Services

Santa's Visit

$200.00 first hour and $150 each additional hour (usually 1 - 2 hours is about right, depending on the number of children and activities planned)

Excess mileage charge

$50.00 round trip for events that are further than 30 miles from home

Travel time in excess of 90 minutes $50 per hour while in transit plus any overnight lodging expenses

Breakfast with Santa

Usually 1 - 2 hours is about right, depending on the number of children

Homeowner's Associations events

Usually 1 - 2 hours is about right

Santa Family Photo Shoot in your home with your photographer or camera

Usually 1 - 2 hours is about right

Charitable Events

Christmas Eve visits $400 hour (usually 1/2 hour is about right) Not available in 2026

Christmas Day Visits $600 hour (usually 1/2 hour is about right) Not available in 2026

Day Rates Oct 1 - Oct 31, 1/2 day (4 hours) $500, full day (8 hours) $1000

Cancellation policy:

If cancelled 30 days prior to the event retainer is fully refundable, less than 30 days prior to the event retainers are non-refundable.
